Our client, a prestigious commercial property management company, is seeking an outstanding EXPERIENCED Commercial Property Manager for their Class A office buildings and Industrial buildings, located throughout the front rage.

The ideal Commercial Property Manager with be an independent worker, articulate, customer service oriented and personable. Candidate should have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills including experience handling difficult situations with tenants.

Required Qualifications for Commercial Property Manager position:

  • Minimum 5 years commercial real estate property management experience.
  • Candidate must have solid proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Four year degree preferred but not required.
  • Yardi or MRI preferred.
  • Proficiency Word, Excel, Outlook.and be able to learn industry-standard financial/ CRM software
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills; detail oriented; ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision-makers in a professional manner.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of the company.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Summary of Position:

  • The Commercial Property Manager is involved in all aspects of managing important relationships with tenants and property owners. The Commercial Property Manager Oversees the on-site, day-to-day property management functions of a commercial office building and industrial space by performing tasks in the areas of:

Duties:

  • Oversee multiple buildings, consisting of office and industrial.
  • Provide hands-on management style.
  • Cultivate and develop the property management team.
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients and tenants.
  • Identify and analyze issues, recommend and execute action plans for the best results, to ensure peak property performance.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to reach goals and target areas of improvement.
  • Negotiating RFPs for vendor service contracts; maintaining and developing relationships to achieve optimum performance and competitive pricing.
  • Prepare, review, and provide monthly financials and operation reports as required accurately and timely.
  • Performing CAM reconciliations yearly and re-forecasts as required.
